The thunderous sound of the drums combines with breathtakingly graceful athletic dances as the Drummers channel the pulsating rhythmic energy and creative spirit of a nation. Their “Burundi beat” has influenced musicians from Joni Mitchell in the 70s to Adam Ant in the 80s.
