Revolutionaries around the world are uniting to fight for freedom and human rights, sometimes successfully, sometimes not, but collectively they find the courage to overcome oppression from ruling parties and fight for change. From international “Occupy Wall Street” protests to large-scale revolutions in Egypt, Syria, and African countries including Tunisia, Guinea and Libya, the themes in Ghost Dancer allude to these contemporary political freedom-fighters and rebellions. The talk-back discussions will provide the Ghost Dancer audience an opportunity to explore the meanings of these themes as related to these contemporary revolutions.

As part of their "40 Days of Humanity" campaign to raise awareness of revolution around the world, the Ghost Dancer team took to Occupy Wall Street to ask "How far will you go?" For a video summary visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGlsYR63N7E&feature=youtu.be.

R.Evolución Latina is a collective of artists and activists committed to empowering the artistic community in order to inspire growth within the Latino Community through collaboration, productions, and educational support programs. This new-age non profit organization is built upon the motto, DARE TO GO BEYOND, challenging communities to further explore their full potential.

Ghost Dancer is a world premiere political drama highlighting the humanity surrounding revolutions written by Robert L. Hecker. Joshua A. Kashinsky directs a cast of seven including Reza Salazar* (TV: Louie, Law & Order: CI, Film: See Girl Run - 2012), Leajato Amara Robinson*, Jorge Acosta* (TV: 30 Rock), Luis Salgado* (In The Heights, Women on the Verge…), Lilia Vassileva*, Rosie Lani Fiedelman* (In The Heights), and Arturo Castro (TV: We Are New York). How much blood is enough? In a community recovering from a bloody revolution, one woman emerges still fighting for freedom. Torn between her passion for justice and love of her family, Lakota Romero's actions could forever alter their history. Will her desperation lead to the liberation of a people, or leave them dancing on The Edge of destruction?
